Refunds
Fourteen days, no reasons needed. A refund ends the licence and removes your repository access; anything you already shipped stays yours.
Ask within 14 days of your purchase
Email support@chandlery.app from the address you paid with, or open a request from your Polar customer portal. You do not have to explain why.
Polar returns the money
Polar is the merchant of record, so the refund goes back to the card that paid, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.
Access is removed and the licence ends
Your invitation to the starter repository is revoked and your licence key is deactivated. You stop using the starter in new work.
What you already built stays yours
Anything you shipped before the refund remains yours to run and to earn from. Nothing is clawed back and nothing is taken offline.
After 14 days we are no longer able to refund a one-off purchase, because the source has been delivered in full.
Nothing here limits the statutory rights you may have as a consumer where you live.
